Section 1Operational Framework

The Terms of Service establish the legal and operational framework governing the use of Atgardas platforms and services. They define user responsibilities, acceptable use, service limitations, and the boundaries of liability—ensuring clarity and protection for both Atgardas and its clients. These terms are structured to support secure, compliant, and professional engagement across all interactions.

Section 2Acceptable Use

Users of Atgardas services must adhere to strict acceptable use policies. This includes prohibiting any activity that aims to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of our systems or client environments. Unauthorized access, data exfiltration, or the use of our intelligence for malicious purposes will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

Section 3Service Limitations

While Atgardas provides world-class security services, no system can be 100% impenetrable. Our terms define the threshold of our responsibilities and the collaborative nature of security defense. We focus on neutralizing measurable risk, but resilience requires ongoing cooperation from the user organizations.

Section 4Intellectual Property

All methodologies, threat intelligence reports, technical frameworks, and defensive architectures provided by Atgardas are the exclusive intellectual property of the firm or its licensors. Unauthorized distribution or commercial exploitation of these materials is strictly prohibited.

Section 5Liability & Governance

Our terms clearly outline the boundaries of liability, ensuring that both parties operate with a stable understanding of risk exposure. These terms are governed by international law and the specific jurisdictions in which our services are delivered.
